Jaimelyn is passionate about understanding the client’s vision and curating an environment that tells their story while layering in the culture and community of the city they are in. Challenging the boundaries of inclusivity, she designs human-centric environments that factor the psychology of architecture into every square foot.
James Cummings
PARTNER / VP OF ARCHITECTURE
James has over twenty years as a design professional and Project Manager. He specializes in project delivery and architecture across many markets ranging from new built construction to the restoration and modernization of existing facilities. In establishing and sustaining client relations, coordination with consultants and collaborating with governmental agencies, James vital leadership skills to meet clients goals.
Meredith Magin, AIA
PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ARCHITECT
Meredith has over ten years of professional experience varying from healthcare to multi-family / mixed-use and non-profit work. Originally from the east coast, Meredith is excited to be working on projects within the city of Detroit. She enjoys puzzling together the various pieces required in the built environment and the collaboration with clients and engineers that architecture affords.
Torri Smith
DESIGNER
Torri is a Detroit-based designer, artist and educator with nine years of experience designing within the city of Detroit. Torri’s foundational belief is focused on promoting kinship between the natural and built environments. Torri also teaches at the University of Michigan Taubman College, exploring environmental justice, urban activism and design.
